Dropshipping is a business model whereby a person advertises items which they do not have at hand. When a customer places an order, they immediately re-place the order with the factory (in this case Sonkas) instructing the factory to ship directly to their customer.

Dropshipping is very similar to buying Wholesale but there is a difference. Sonkas offers rock bottom prices for Dropshippers and Wholesalers but with dropshipping, you do not hold any inventory in stock. We ship directly to your customer.
Also , for wholesale, there is no annual subscription fee.
Also, wholesalers have access to more products sold by Sonkas, as not every product is available for Dropshipping.
Lastly, wholesalers may enjoy even further discounts for buying a product in bulk at once, which dropshippers won’t enjoy.

When you sign up as a dropshipper with Sonkas, we will send you a list of shipping costs for different locations that we ship to. Whenever your customer makes an order, you are expected to charge them that cost for shipping, which we will also collect from you in order to ship your customer’s order. This cost usually ranges between 1700 -2200.
The #10,000 you pay is a non refundable fee which gives you access to get products at our wholesale price for 12 months (1 year).
Think about it like a registration fee you pay to Sonkas, which allows you to get the products we sell at a far cheaper price than what we sell to our retail customers.
However, it will only start counting from the month you make your first sale, or after 3 months of signing up for the dropshipping, whichever comes first.
Yes you can. You can go about it by placing an order the normal way either through the website or whatsapp. However, you will get products at the normal retail prices (not wholesale prices). Visit our website HERE to view our normal retail prices of products
No, you will not.
The #10,000 you pay is more like a registration fee which grants you access to the wholesale prices for 12 months. Nothing more, nothing less is attached to that payment.
First of all, any customer you get when promoting your business remains yours and we will have no direct communication with them.
Also, you are not paying #10,000 to “help us market our goods”. You are paying it primarily to gain access to our CHEAP WHOLESALE PRICES which will enable you have more profits. When you spend on Data , you are spending to build YOUR customers for YOUR BUSINESS/BRAND.
Think about it this way. If you were to start a physical cake tools shop, after buying goods you will transport them to your shop, you will pay rent, you will pay other levies and workers salary, you will deal with losses from pests, expired or damaged goods, you will transport yourself to and fro work everyday, you will go for waybill everyday, you will spend on data, or Facebook Ads to market your products online etc. . However, when you sign up as a dropshipper with Sonkas for just 10k a year, Sonkas helps you avoid all those costs , which could run into #1,000,000+ !
Also remember, if you prefer to dropship without paying the 10k, it is allowed. But you have to buy at the prices stated on our website www.sonkasbakingmaterials.com and add your profit margin and sell to your customers (as against the wholesale prices you will have access to when you sign up as a dropshipper). It is totally upto you, and we are fine by whichever option you choose!
You are free to sell at any price you wish to your customers.
Currently, we use ABC logistics for dropshipping. This means we only cover areas and locations covered by ABC logistics. They currently cover up to 20 cities, but The list is always growing, so if you are worried if they ship to a particular location, please contact us via WhatsApp 09039297337 for up to date shipping locations. After making payment for the drop-shipping, we will forward you our catalogue of products which contains product pictures as well as the wholesale prices.
You can obtain more pictures from our website www.sonkasbakingmaterials.com ,or use similar pictures from Google. From time to time, we will produce pictures and videos of products for you to use for your marketing, which we will share on WhatsApp .
Sonkas ensures more care in packing a customer’s order to avoid mistakes. However, where a mistake occurs and is a fault of ours, (E.g, we sent a different item from what we invoiced) we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you or your customer. However, if the cause of the error is from you or your customer, it is up to the both of you to come up with a solution.
No you are not.
Dropshippers like wholesalers, enjoy massively discounted prices. Therefore they are NOT entitled to any further discounts, or freebies.
When you see an advert from us that says “Buy a Mixer at 8,000 and get a free mixing bowl”, please, you will not be qualified for the free mixing bowl as a dropshipper or a wholesaler unless you decide to buy at the normal price of 8,000.
